Gr\u00e6nsekompagni af DDR\u2019s \u201dGr\u00e6nsebrigade Kyst\u201d stationeret i \u00d8sters\u00f8bad K\u00fchlungsborn.[nbsp]Foruden Gr\u00e6nsebrigadens milit\u00e6re overv\u00e5gning fandt ogs\u00e5 civil overv\u00e5gning sted.[nbsp]Beboerne og de bes\u00f8gende m\u00e5tte i n\u00e6sten 40 \u00e5r finde sig i et afskr\u00e6kkende kontrolsystem som skulle forhindre enhver form for flugt.[nbsp]M\u00e5l for flugten var Vesttysklands kyst i en afstand af 40 km, Danmark, Sverige, s\u00e5som skibstrafikken. Millioner af turister, som \u00e5rligt bes\u00f8gte \u00d8sters\u00f8en, blev tvunget til at opfylde s\u00e6rlige pligter i deres ferie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-container-9 wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\">\n<h3>Milit\u00e6roverv\u00e5gning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ostsee-grenzturm.com\/da\/grenzhistorie\/militaer-overvaagning\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"599\">Gr\u00e6nseanl\u00e6ggene pr\u00e6gede billedet af \u00d8sters\u00f8kystens landskab. Fra mere end 70 vagtposter overv\u00e5gede \u201dGr\u00e6nsebrigade Kyst\u2019s\u201d soldater kystomr\u00e5det og havet. Bev\u00e6bnede hold med hunde patruljerede p\u00e5 land mens gr\u00e6nseskibe sikrede havet.
